‘The Monthlies’
Gentle meditation and movement retreat sessions for those short on time but seeking proper relaxation and a feeling of having escaped the world and retreated into a cocoon of peace and tranquility.
Womens’ circle in the session to open communication and to enhance and nurture the atmosphere of trust and support.
Monthly sessions for 2 hours, Fridays or Saturdays

Kat is Guest yoga teacher for Sarah Howard of Synthesis Transformations, Jersey,
Together they will work their magic upon you! This will be an incredible end of year to reflect upon our year passing through guided meditation and to learn empowering movements, breathing techniques and resilience tools to help us put into good practice and make sustainable our healthy intentions for the new year 2026.

Ease into autumn, slow down, but strengthen both mentally and physically. On my retreat days you will learn the vital tools to keep you resilient and healthy - both in mind and in body - this is the key - we need both to keep strong - and if we can feel spiritually connected to something, anything that you feel an affinity towards - mine is the sun and our environment - like in the olden days they worshipped the sun … I’ll stop here and explain more in person!
The retreat mornings are two hours and we will focus on gentle movement, yoga, breathwork, Dao Yin, Pilates with a guided relaxation and circle to connect with others and to share our thoughts.
The location is Frances Le Suer Centre, Jersey National Park, St Ouens Bay. A solid, beautiful log wood cabin, nestled in the heart of the trees, far away from people and immersed in nature.

Further retreats
We will be having a monthly movement and meditation class using Yoga, Pilates and Dao Yin exercises to ease stiff bodies, to create suppleness and to generate peace and relaxation.
All levels welcome - including disabled -wheelchair access.
